The mail I sent to ICICI customer care recently ..
I have been forced to write you this mail after a painful stint with your bank regarding the application for new credit card.
The history goes like this I applied for ICICI Big Bazaar credit card in January, 2005. I got a reference number that ref number is 390-2005024262017.After this reference number there was no further notification. I called up customer care to realise that you need my salary slip which I sent twice but you people seems to have lost that.
Got fed up with that, one ICICI prudential guy came to me and advised me to take the policy and I can get the Gold card for free.
I took the poilcy and again applied for credit card but this time your team proved to be much more efficient( irony) then the previous ocassion I didnt even get the reference number. On contacting the concerned person and his friend who is supposedly have filed my papers says that my form has been rejected.
Now could I ask the reason for form rejection?
Why is there no correspondence from your side if at all my form has been rejected or some docs are missing?
Why is that I have to contact you every time regarding the status?
Is this the way you treat your potential customers?
Is this what you say customer service ?
Why cant the process be transparent , why cant you come up with reasons as why a form gets rejected?
Arent you here for business ?
Is that you are satisfied with your current customer base and you dont want to expand if thats the case why you leave so many agents after the public in Big Bazaar and other such places?
