Deficient services and harassment

Am very irritated from services which I am getting from your bankers.


Dear Sir, every month I am facing the same issue.


Last month I left sufficient amount in my account to get deducted against the credit card but I received a message that we due to insufficient we are unable to deduct the EMI and they levied penalty on me and I tried to get in touch with your customer care representatives from my registered contact number, your IVR system did not allow me to get in touch with them. I tried multiple times.


Now please suggest me where should I go?


Every month I have been paying more than my EMI but still the outstanding amount if reflecting as Rs. 26, 500 when the credit card limit is Rs. 25, 000.


Then again I made a mistake, I again made a purchase of Rs. 8787 through the credit card of ICICI bank and I tried 3 time to convert that amount into EMI’s but every time system accepts my request and after every 3-4 days I am getting message that we regret to convert that amount into EMI.


I want to know sir, am I joke a to your bank?


Till when your employees keep harassing me?


This time I am on a very serious note and very frustrated, I got this account opened to make my life easier but my relationship and my trust with your bank has become the biggest problem of my life.


I want a resolution with justice at earliest and I really want to close this account and to close this credit card.


When I joined my new organization they gave me an option to open salary account with Axis bank but I am a fool who trusted in your bank and gave account details of your bank.


I really don’t want to write to you but sir I am not even able to connect with your representatives.


Request you to do the needful.
