FIRST EXP :-
i have an ICICI account, from which the bank is taking small amounts of money (like Rs25/-) telling that I have used my ATM card in non-icici atm. But I haven’t. when I ask them to give me the name of the atm or the bank I used my atm, they are telling they don’t have the records.
SECOND :-
i deposited a cheque and even after 4 days it was not reflecting in my account(a local cheque). I was asking them what is happening, they don’t have any answers. there customer care executes are the WORST in the world. they want to fill the customer’s head with what they have in there mind, they get irate very soon.
Third :-
they deducted some amount from my account, and they don’t’ have the basic manners to inform me after doing so.
IT IS THE WORST BANK. if u goto the bank, the way the bank employees treat u is BAD.
