1) Compared to Citibank, HDFC, SCB the service is very very poor. No one ever told me if there is any customer service no. or not? So after enquiring in the bank they gave me some no. which is always engaged or no one picks up the phone. They have a web banking facility, which works fine, but if you write anything to the manager, you either get a reply after 15 days or you dont get any reply.
2) Their HomeFin department is even worse. Again the same problem, they dont pick up the phone or it is always engaged. Ideally all the existing customer loan rates are supposed to get reset quarterly as the back PLR changes, but that does not happen. They say the rates are variable but they dont change it whereas they offer lesser rates to the new customers. Moreover the people in the Bangalore office doesnt have any information about anything, so everytime you have enquire in their Bombay office to get any info.
