I requested on 15 March, 2014 for opening of my Family Account but still waiting for the same(Today is 29 May, 2014). What I found is, No communication between two sections of same branch. Executives and staff is not aware about "Family Account".
Also, executive did not know about documents to collect while opening an account. If dealing person is on leave then no one else is responsible for taking it further. 1-2 days leave is fine but if a person is on long leave then also no one is ready to take care of customer.
