As an existing customer with them for over 25 years its been just a poor experience at every level since the very beginning. The only reason I still bank with them is the fact that I have not had the time to go through the time and effort esp for linked demat account. Process is too cumbersome which is not this banks fault though.
Employees pester you to take products and turnover being high there is no good service beyond that
Dubai office has no answers to any issues and when they cannot handle your request they stop answering calls. Extremely unprofessional. India call center agent gives information that directly conflicts with Dubai office information.
Customer is left running from Pillar to post.
