There is no bigger sin than missing one credit card bill payment. This bank just wait for you to default once and they get an opportunity to rob you.
I jhave never been a defaulter in my life. Just missed a card payment during lock down. I paid it on next month. then, they went on debiting charges every month, the calls started. Harrassment. Finally they debited by account.
I closed my account with them. Withdrawn all deposit and moved away. Nightmare.
