Pathetic Call center

ICICI bank call center sucks. They have people who been trained to say " we regret the inconvenience caused to you" and nothing else, they don’t have any communication skills and the processes of the bank is also bad.- Phone no Registration is required for using online banking, You get a confirmation on registration but takes 72 hours to get activated, and most of the call center. Customer support not aware of it. Keep trying for three days and give up it starts working.




  • The customer support execs calls back with out understanding the nature of complaint.




  • Indian call centers is become a pain for customers. Wasting their talk time on phones. I will not be surprised if they have a tie up with the phone companies.
