*You save money and then beg and cry for your own money to be credited...** Horrible customer service and high dissatisfaction are just two words.. My iWish - recurring deposit account matured on 10th July 2013 and been 48 hours I have received the credit of the amount in my savings account.. I called up 4 times to the customer care where they cut on call twice due to inefficiency to ans my query and their mistake and when last time I was promised within 3 hours my money will be credited and undoubtedly that exactly didnt happen yet.. based on the blind faith that by 10th July evening I will receive my savings in my account I assured my sisters fees and other payments which **iWish** never should have trusted icici and I regret it big time..
I wish I could sue them for not keeping upto the maturity date... hate.. disappointment.. anger and frustration.. Please help me..
