Review : ICICI bank is literally looting people with their Quarterly Average Balance policy. I lost some 3 k in last 1 year for not maintaining 5 k minimum balance. First, they don’t inform about these new policies which they keep changing now and then and second thing is that they just keep deducting without any notice. Talked to the customer care and account managers. No use. They are all bunch of crooks sitting out there to loot people. So guys beware while dealing with ICICI bank. They have lots of hidden costs and conditions.
They only send qrtly statements nothing monthly.
In case you have not maintained the balance for 1 qrtr then should send the a/c holder some form of reminder either snail mail, email or mobile alert.
I have no option since it is my salary account. Cannot close my account.
If you have any option, never ever come near ICICI bank. Only good thing is easily available ATMs all over India and usually doesn’t run out of cash. Try at your own risk folks.
