This bank is literally going to dogs. Customer Service - the lesser said the better. The bank has been incurring huge losses on its Mortgages and Agri Business portfolios. Its pay back time for the banks aggression and arrongance. No one has any clue about the quality of its credit card portfolio. The senior management strongly believes thatcharity begins and ends at home and is probably good only for media management and not for bank management.
ICICI Direct, its online trading platform has been down now for more than one hour today(27th November 2007 - during peak trading hours) and this goes to prove how inefficient its systems are getting to be.
Getting through to the banks call center is next to impossible and the job knowledge of its employees is really pathetic.
Its now banking purely on its size. God save the bank and its depositors.
