Sick to the Core....

Well, this is the worst bank I have ever come across… *


I : **Idiotic


C: Chaotic


 I: Irritating


C: Confused


 I: Infuriating


*BANK!!!


*I got my salary account opened with them at my company’s headquarter. Because of official transfer, I came to Bombay 4 weeks back and trying to get the address change done.


I tried calling them on their call centre some 20 odd times. I was never able to get to a Custumer Service Agent. Once luckily when I was able to talk to their credit card CCA he transferred me to Main Menu and there after the same thing. I was on call for 20 mins but I could not speak to any one.


*Tell me… Why you have IVR??? To simplfy life of your customers…. But here the life has become nightmare. You just cant navigate through their IVR…


*Nonetheless, when I reached Bandra Branch to give application for address change, they took it down. When I called them for confirmation they say they cant do it from Branch office you have to go through the IVR…


*Arre???? IVR kaam nahi karta aur Branch waale mana kar dete hai… Bechara customer kahan jaye????


*Then suddenly my online transfer stops… Why??? I don’t have the grid card to do the transfer. It has been dispatched to my old address. Ok. Now what to do?? Change your address by going to nearest branch or through IVR again…. Then they will resend the card… Wah ree kismat….


I have mailed to the email ID given in Mouthshut review https://mouthshut.com/review/ICICI_Bank-133534-1.html but no one responded back.


They are shameless people as they don’t take your calls, they will keep passing the buck from one department to other and it’s very irritating. They are not even abashed by their own behaviour and they speak with all the attitude in the world when they talk to you.


I finally called their corporate office. And spoke to Mr. Madhivanan B. Senior GM, Customer Service Phone Banking. His mail ID is madhivanan.b@icicibank.com. He asked me to mail him all the details. I am now waiting for his response.


If you guys also have any issues plz mail him. Lets see if this can be of some help to us…
