I have salary account with ICICI, and transferred some money, they have deducted my money and extra(un-explained) charges. I tried to connect with customer care but they routed me to many service executives and later blocked my number to make a call to their customer care. I have never gone through such worst bank services. I won’t suggest anyone to choose ICICI. They are fraud, can deduct any amount from account and even they will not state the deduction in statement. I given 1 star rating, if there will be option of negative rating, I would have chose that one. WORST EXPERIENCE, FRAUD BANK, FRAUD SERVICES.
