I am with this bank since 1998. I appreciate the management under leadership of Mr Kamant who spiked this private bank to number one spot interns of private bank. They are having good product. Customized banking, quick processing and delivery. There is always both shades for any aspect.
They outsourced the clerical level jobs. Initially for opening of accounts, that worked fine. Later they out sourced the back office, that is also fine. But they applied the same formula to customer relation, where it goes wrong. Authorities have to look into it for betterment of the bank.
