Dear Sir,
I had applied for a car loan from ICICI Bank around the Diwali time(year 2004), which never got approved and I never heard from the bank authorities regarding the same. Though the bank guy had taken the PDC cheques from me, on which I never heard back the status.
Last month I got a letter from the bank that the loan recovery will be in effect from Feb 7th, the recovery of the loan which never got disbursed to me. When I called up, I was told that there is a mistake and they will rectify the same. To my surprise, the 1st installment of the loan has been deducted from my bank of the loan amount that never got sanctioned. Though I had also left instructions in ABN AMRO salary a/c no:1014597(Sector 18 Branch).
The money is being deducted from my present salary account, and I am told by ICICI Bank that since it is automated process, they cannot help it. It has caused me a lot of mental pain, financial loss, due to the utter neglegence of ICICI Bank.
I need:
1) To get that money reversed from the ICICI Bank along with the penalty.
2) The registration of the Honda City car(that I purchased) has been done for ICICI Bank, even if I never received the loan. This needs to be settled by the Bank authorities.
3) I need a monetary compensation of the mental pain the ICICI Bank has caused to me.
