I have lot and lots of problem with my account in ICICI Bank. The charge too much for demand draft, demand draft cancellation, pay order, pay order cancellations and other service charges. Phone banking is of no use or pathetic. ATM service is good coz I can see there ATM and that too working in many close localities. Same with internet banking, infact I am too happy with their internet banking facilities. Customer service is okay.
Over all they charge too much and provides average services.
And if you are a low salaried person that you wont be able to maintain the account only.
