I have a bank account with icici bank for the last 3 yrs and I am very pleased to say that the quality of service is far better than my other banks.
I actually open this ac because I needed to travel to a different state but none of ac were having a debit card facility at that time and the plan was so sudden that it was difficult for me to have one.
So when I went this bank they gave me an instant I kit which consist of(cheque book, debit card, internet banking user id and password and debit card password) and they actually activated my ac in less than 4 hours and the best part of it is that I did’nt actually go the bank. so it was a wonderful services that I didn’t expected and since then it has been 3 yrs now and I am very much satisfied with the services. Above all the digital platform that icici bank provides are very user friendly and can be easily used by beginners too.
