I have account with ICICI Bank and my experience with phone banking is too bad to explain. They keep of transferring the call. You are in dream that you will be connected to the right person. But...it goes to the next person sitting to the earlier one who will again ask you the same things and will transfer to the next person sitting to him /her.
You end up inflating your phone bill with uttter dissatisfaction. Worst, they do not update the address change through internet banking and you MUST call the above hopeless service. If you go to the bank, everybody is busy with someone else (especially the ones came in good attire). What is only good thing about ICICI Bank is thier internet banking. Clarity of statements and retrieval of old data. Another good thing is clubbing of all other services under one roof. This gives you all the options under one umbrella and do not have to surf lot many things.
