I have availed services of many renowned banks(BoB, HDFC, ICICI, Kotak etc.), but ICICI is the best among all.
I am holding a saving account under this bank since more than 5 years and am very satisfied with its services.
My account is a woman special saving account. It is available for all women. You don’t need to maintain minimum balance and transactions in ATMs are unlimited(not sure if its applicable now also, after new regulations, as I rarely use ATM).
In this account type, a RD amount will be deducted monthly(I have opted for Rs 2000). You can choose amount and RD duration. After its get matured, you will receive whole amount with interest.
The amount automatically credited to your account on maturity.
Apart from this account there are many things that I love about ICICI. The staff is very cooperative(in my branch mainly), they are always ready to help you, you will not find much crowd there so your work is done immediately. Great online services, fast response by customer support team.
I don’t like government banks due to huge crowd at branches and behaviour of staff(they treat you like sheep).
