I thought ICICI bank is good in service but I realized that it was very bad by an incident which happened to my friend .It took around 2 months to open my friend’s salary Account by ICICI Bank. That also, 1st time they have opened the account and without prior-intimation closed the same account. Meantime, money got transferred by his company, but Bank Manager were not able to see the money lying in that account. After further escalations, they came to know that money was lying in the same Bank Account. The officials in the bank also doesn’t give any proper guidance to handle all the situations woth the account in the bank .
Also, customer care service was useless. No proper response from Customer care as well as from Bank Relationship Manager. so, I suggest if we want a well relation between accounts this is not right place .
