ICICI Bank bad customer service

I had recently requested for a new saving account . Tried contacting the nearest branch Malad East ( poddar circle) . They refused to open an account with zero balance, did not even guide me for the Pradhan mantri scheme. Later I agreed to open a account with10, 000 balance as they said but they say I need to give a 50, 000 cheque first and open a FD . Later I can withdraw the amount.


Then I decided to open a account online so that I do not be a victim of the sales target of the employees . I deposited the money online 2 weeks ago then got the account details. I was requested to had over the kyc documents to the ICICI bank employee who will come home and collect it within 48 hours. I got a call from Priyanka lall from ICICI Bank who told me that she will cancel this account and restart the process through her Tab so that I get the account faster as I refused to cancel the account she did not turn up for a week . Later she just gave false reason saying she was on leave and again asked me to cancel the account saying that she will do it on her TAB . I refused then she took a cheque of 200 with the documents and left.Saying it will take time now. Till now the account is not activated . Does it take 3 weeks for ICICI Bank to open a saving account? Really annoying behavior. I did call the customer care and tell about this but they has been not solution yet.
