ICICI bank,
The reknowned banking in india, considered to be a top most banking institution in india. may be the bank is good, but their employees behaviour and their responses to customer is very bad. that may due to improper training, poor policies, poor software which track customer services. Too much complexities in their process which unnecessary increase the response time.
I am a NRI and have NRE account with icici, my online account got disabled and it has been approximately 6 months , icici has not enabled & has not sent me a new password for my account. I have written 10-15 written requests as they required. I spend about 40$ calling to customer service in india. No benefit, seems like my money is gone. I will not recommend anyone to open account with ICICI. You can goto citibank, or SBI or any other good network but not icici, icici internal work seems like government employees.
