Bad procedure

THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDING THE DEDUCTION OF MY ACCOUNT BALANCE FROM KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK


THEY ARE CHARGING WRONGLY TBMS SOME THINK LIKE THAT TILL NOW FROM MY ACCOUNT 2500 SOME THING OF AMOUNT WRONGLY DEDUCTED WHILE WE ARE CALLING TO CUSTOMER CARE THERE IS NO PROPER RESPONSE THEY ARE SAYING SIMPLY JUST CLOSED YOUR ACCOUNT WE HAVE NO ISSUE IF YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT SO THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE THEY PROVIDE ME
