MY AND MY MAMAS ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK WHEN WE OPEN THE ACCOUNT THEY SPEAK VERY SMOOTHLY AND SWEETLY. AND COUNTER SERVICE VERY GOOD, BUT NOW SOME EMPLOYEE RUDELY BEHAVE WITH ALL CUSTOMERS . ACTUALLY I HAVE LOST MY ATM PIN SO ONE FEMALE EMPLOYEE FILL THE FORM TO ISSUE MY NEW ATM AGAINST LOST MY ATM. AFTER FEW DAYS I VISIT THIS BANK TO RECEIVE MY ATM BUT SHE IS NOT FREE FOR THIS WORK AND AGAIN AND AGAIN I VISIT, BUT NOT RESPONSE AT LAST, ANOTHER EMPLOYEE SAID TO ME YOUR ATM FORM IS NOT FILL UP. SO U CAN AGAIN REQUEST TO FILL UP THE FORM I M SO WORRIED ABOUT THAT, BECAUSE I HAVE NO CASH THAT TIME. ANOTHER PROBLEM FACE FROM ME THAT I WANT TO CHANGE MY MOBILE NUMBER.AND I REQUEST TO EMPLOYEE TO CHANGE MY MOBILE NUMBER AGAIN FILL UP THE FORM BUT MY NUMBER HAS NO CHANGE. I HAVE NO TIME TO VISIT EVERYDAY IN THE BANK SO I THINK ITS MY BIG MISTAKE TO OPEN OUR BANK ACCOUNT IN THIS BANK. ON THE OTHER HAND IN THIS BANK NO MANY CUSTOMER SO CASH IS EASILY RECEIVED. AND ATM IS NOT OPEN ALL TIME IT IS OPEN FOR FEW HOURS. IT IS TRUE ICICI BANK BRANCH NEAR MY HOME BUT SERVICE IS NOT GOOD . SERVICE IS MOST IMPORTANT PART ANY BANK. I M DISAPPOINTED FROM THIS BANK.
