I pity the staff at ICICI, mostly young, they seem to be a lot over burdened. Forgive me for being harsh you young people at the bank, all of you work real hard. My review is against the top management of the bank who seem interested in roping in as many customers as possible not bothering about the quality of service to them.
Unfortunately, I have a salary account with this bank. Long queues at the ATM, deductions on out of station deposits into my own account. The customer service tells me it’s an RBI regulation, so why does Citibank (on my Zero balance Suvidha A/c.) not charge me for the same. A quarterly statement request attracts charges too. Is this not looting? It’s a majboori that I have to keep this account operational.
The bank deserved a service rating of 24th in the country, Citi ranked no. 1 followed by HDFC.
