POOR SERVICE - ICICI BANK

Hey Guys,


I want to share my experience with ICICI bank as I have my personal saving account with ICICI bank for the last three years. I opened my fathers account in ICICI bank. Its not a pleasant experience with banking giant as first they took almost a month for opening a saving account. Then, after that they took another another 15 days for just delivering my cheque book to my residential address and another two weeks for the debit card.


After I recieved my debit card and I didnt received my PIN number for the debit card. I requested my branch to issue the PIN and register my mobile to phone and netbanking. I talk to customer care exectives for the registering my mobile number for net banking but their callous attitude make the things worst.


Somehow they have long chain of ATMs so I have generated my PIN for the debit card. we are still struggling to get the Internet user ID and password for the NET banking password.


Poor customer care serives and their exectives callous attitude towards the customers is highly not acceptable and still not getting the issue resolve by the ICICI bank.


HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED BY ICICI BANK.
