On 30/9/2014 I dropped one cheque issued from Vijaya Bank, New Delhi at one of ICICI bank ATM located in Ghaziabad. The ATM code is STCH 9851
The said cheque hasn’t been credited to my account till date. To add even the Bank authorities are not aware as where the cheque has been misplaced. Since last many a days I am following up with head of branch banking management & head of ATMs from ICICI bank but as usual they have yet not responded back.
Now I am being asked by Bank personnel to get the stop payment for said cheque and to get a new cheque from the party who originally issued the cheque to me. Bank authorities are not taking this matter seriously & also the basic infrastructure back at ATM’s seems missing at ICICI. .
No security guards deployed at ATMs, ACs out of order, important info which is mandatory to be displayed remains missing….no VMs fixed. Really disappointed and pathetic services.equally bad customer care & their PRO. I shall get my almost 8 years old account discontinued at my earliest.
