I was a long time customer of ICICI BANK, I have a mixed feelings about their services. They offer a wide range of products and they have a strong online banking platform. Their customer service is frustrating . I have experienced long wait on phone as well as in branch also. They also have a hidden charges for atm and cheque book issues. Maintenance fees and transaction fees was also expensive as compared to others. Their app is glitchy some times. The application was a user friendly and updated. But there is a drawbacks also. There is definitely a room for a improvement especially in customer service and transparency.
