I am a customer of ICICI bank since last 20 years. I found all the transactions are so fast and customer care service is also so quick comparing to other banks. The money transfer, cheque book delivery, FD opening, closure, all online and offline transactions are good. Even during the period of demonetization, the bank helped much by providing enough cash. Their ATM never goes empty. Have good access in almost all places.
