Extreamly slow service, its been 9 days they have all my documents and couldnt open a current account of my company. One of there employee(Mayank) took the papers and commited to open an account in maximum 3 days.but since then I did not received any confirmation of the account, when I call him, he says its been done just wait till tomorrow for an account number.
But next day his phone get switched off with a message. "+918288045173 lavish bhatia for ac no I on leave today". Now when I called this person he says that account is still pending. I do not know whom to trust, but yes, I was able to open n account with Axis Bank before they did fot me.
& I am out of the situation, atleast I can manage my funds in business. Advice for all. may be ICICI offers max services but do we really get them on time? I am about to close almost 28 accounts of my family members. including mine worth a good capital for any banker. N this will be my revenge of hindrance in my business caused due to them.
