I have been a customer of ICICI Bank for various products like SB account, dmat account , online trading, home loan, mutual fund etc.
My home loan track record since last 6 years have been excellent.
I have approached for my personal finance need on 15th Oct 2004. Stating that I need a loan cheque by 30th or else I dont need a loan. They promised me (Easlife DSA, Mumbai.)
At the end of last week of Oct they promised me that cheque will be delivred on 1st Nov. (I reached upto 1st week of Nov with lots of night marish procedural and incompetent experience with them) They failed to deliver me cheque on 1st.
I wrote email to Chairman Mr. Kamat on 2nd morning.
Some one called me from the bank and promised me that cheque will be delivered to me by 2nd eve.
Today is 3rd morning 11 Am , and there is no communication from the bank neither they have delivered me the cheque.
I shared my experience with my friends and clients and they informed me about similar experience with the bank.
This bank considers that borrowers are beggers. Through this site we must give them fitting response.
They may not care for their credibility we do.
I invite readers to openly share more such experiences on this site to make people aware about such a big bank of the country.
