This bank is so big but their staff behavior and customer management has a really a big question. Yesterday, I went to punes Viman Nagar branch and saw a big queue. That queue was not for any counter but taking a token for any activity. Ridiculous part was that security guard was busy there for helping out with the token machine. Then security of branch was at stakr then. However, I got the token and waited for 1.5 hours for my turn on counter. I haf to create Demand draft there but that aldo took 3 hours for getting the same. I spent around 5 hours yesterday for a demand draft. Really I cant beleive this.
