Hi guys this is mukesh and I work as a free lance web designer I have few saving accounts with pnb and obc. one day I decided to open a new account in icici as well and what I found is that I have to maintain the balance of 10000 which is quiet high as compare to other bank account of mine now lets talk about my experience with this stupid bank
1-Customer service- NO TOLL FREE AVAILABLE THE NUMBER WHICH IS THEIR ON THE SITE NEVER WORks they have a paid customer service number which will cost you very high very high call rates like isd also they customer service is so dumb
2-Branch service-I lost a card and applied for another card and what I found that there is no instant card no extra card you have to apply for a new card and have to pay a very high fee which us 700inr to get a new card which will get delivered in 10 days that means you cant use your own funds for 10 days as bank stops you to use it, branch people are litrelly uneducated freaks they stomped me and also harrss me that they not gonna give me any card and gonna block my account as I am very demanding.And I have video recorded on my mobile so looking forward to meet icici in court
