I personally have had terrible experiences (note the plural) with this bank. Basically they have grown too fast and if you face any kind of problem, there is nobody who you can speak to or who will take responsibility. In Mumbai, I tried to get a credit card. I have 2 gold cards and 1 silver and have had no problems with getting them. All 3 appointments by the executive concerned were not kept.
The ATM machine has swallowed my card twice, once in Chennai and once in Bangalore and nobody even bothered to apologise. The bank is so crowded that you feel like you’re at a railway station. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ICICI
