Entrepreneurs please be aware when you sign up for current account with any private bank for their services. I have had a really horrible experience with ICICI Bank so far.
For every small work they charge. I was still OK till they justified items like’You checked your account balance, you withdrew money, you got your bank guarantee done, so on and so forth.’ In the past few days, every penny deposited has been withdrawn from my account.
Apparently, it is for EDC machine which was installed completely free and later 5000/- deducted as installation charges! And now 10 months later, rental is also being charged. I need to file a case this time.
I need suggestions how to go about it.
