Hello. I am going to share my experience with ICICI Bank.
I decided to open a bank account with all services availed ( phone banking, internet banking, atm service) , now for opening an account, I went to my nearest home branch of ICICI Bank, I went to the receptionist and Alex him for the form of savings Bank account with all services availed.
He gave me the form and I filled it and the next day I went to the bank to submit the form, I submitted it successfully and was supposed to pay some money including the Availed charges. I paid all the money and now the account was supposed to open with all facilities availble in a couple of days.
Now after a couple of working days, I got a sms on my registered mobile number with bank along me to come to bank and take your ATM card, and your account is opened.
I went to the bank and there I saw another receptionist and he behaved so rudely with me and acting like he did not know anything about banking.
I was totally disappointed with the bank customer service and its policies.
