ICICI has the worst customer service. I am stuck with a transfer for 3 weeks now and my money is still with ICICI. People on phone are not able to do anything, and they have one email id which takes them 2 BUSINESS DAYS to process.
(They work only 5 days a week). Even on email id they want you to include specific words. I called them to cancel my transfer since their BRILLIANT website wont let me edit it. They told me to email customer care. I did and waited for 2 business days.
Then after 2 days I get a call and I told them to cancel it, now they want me to include this sentence in email - "I am ready to bear transfer loses", and then wait for 2 days to call me back and another 2 days to cancel the transfer. How sick can it get. This is how sick are their managers.
This is so called a professional bank. Its better to wire transfer from a US bank they are much more profession.
