I’m writing this review on behalf of my uncle Mr Pardeep Pandey who is not net savvy and suffering for many months now dealing with ICICI Bank Quantum Optima account # 629701007552 with Palam Extn. Sector 7, Dwarka, New Delhi Branch.
He is struggling to get the Monthly/ Quarterly statement of the account for said account for last many months and had visited many times to the branch and requested for statement every time they provide him the copy and assured him that he will get the statement at his registered address but the same never came.
Now every time he has to personally visit the branch to get statement which very uncomfortable for a senior citizen when ICICI approached for open the account they promises best service but once you open the account they are least bothered .
