Worst website and content management. I will have to enter my login credentials for 3 to 4 times every time when I log in to the system, as the login page expires every 3 seconds. I can’t pull any reports for some reason. I need my historical report for my home loan process with my name and account number on it, but I couldn’t able to do so because the "save as" button is not working at all. Then I requested to customer support and they send me millions of emails with lots of excuses with no result and at last after 15 days. They responded me saying.
We value your relationship with ICICI Bank and regret the inconvenience caused.
With reference to your mail, we already taken request on high priority basis, but due to some technical reason we are unable to process your request in said period.
We assure that we will reply you with an update on August 30, 2012.
Its been 15 days I still didn’t receive the statement.
I also have many other issues. To name a few, I never get fixed rates, but they always say fixed rates are available. IPhone ICICI money to India application never work. I stopped using their service. I switched other FX providers. I never think about ICIC for any products. Thank god I was thinking of opening an NRE account with these guys. I am glad I did not do so.
Please don’t use their service. You will loose all your patience.
