Today wen I tried to transfer the fund using ICICI online banking system on net. First time wen I tried to transfer rs. 51 to siddhivinayak temple I dind get a confirmation but got a msg that pls check your mini statement.
I check my statement but the amt of rs. 51 was not transferred. So again I repeated the procedure and tried to send it another two times again twice I got some other msg and wen I checked my statement the funds were not transferred this time too. On fourth time the payment was sucessful and I got the confirmation number. But to my surprise when I checked my a/c all the four transactions took place and the amt. of 404 was debited from my a/c instead of rs.51.
On calling up icici phonebanking which again takes so much of time I spoke to mr. navinkumar he told me that there was a server problem and this could have happened because of that. Again after 5 minutues when I called I spoke to ms. Mittal she also told me that there might be system problem as thousands of people are logged in. She even told me the some time the amt is reflected in the a/c after 10-15 minutes after the transfer. Then whats the use of online banking at that too when the amt is transferred to other icici a/c. Coz of ur system fault why should I suffer. This was just a small amt. but wat if it is a big amt. who is gonna take the responsibility?
I was happily using hdfc bank but closed my a/c and started using icici online banking. this was my second transaction with the bank and such thing happened. Believe me it was such a fu and shi service of ICICI. If they have a system problem they should upgrade their systems. VERY PATHETIC AND S** SERVICE. God save me from such disaster in future. ONLY THE BANK IS BIG NOT THE TECHNOLOGY OF THE BANK. Thats why big businessmen prefer to deal with citibank.
