This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The customer service does not respond to need most of the time and internet banking is horrible. Nobody seems to bother whether you are in need of a problem to be resolved. Also it takes a long time to get in touch with anyone easily. There is a lot of process involved in resolving a simple issue which made me panic. Also the quality of documentation is poor as nothing is right in the first place. Lots of follow ups are required to get things straight.
The phone manner of customer service representatives towards the customer seems very unpleasant. They try to answer or force their suggestion before knowing what the real problem is or why teh customer is frustrated with their service.Good that before it is too late, I planned to close down the account. There was no advancement from ICICI banks side to see why I was frustrated and what they can do to keep me as a customer
The one good thing about the bank is they helped me well in closing the account soon without much trouble.
