I must say ICICI Bank rocks that setup the League of FIRST’S in all its innovation that has been followed by others but failed to sustain the level that has set by this technologically advanced bank.
Am damn fan & have a blind faith on this bank.automated system, professional well trained staff, customerservices at its best, IVR query resolutions, Mobile banking, Internet banking, ATM almost like a branch & now Banking on Facebook.the bank has changed the traditional banking system of our country.
For me am a customer since I was a college student back in 2004 since then I can count on my finger no. of visit to branch coz Internet banking is always there 24*7 with innovative features & immediate query resolutions. Now I holds a credit card, recently charged a non payment fee but even as a service gesture they reversed all my charges as they maintain "Customer satisfaction is on priority". Its a customer oriented bank, their policies changes as per the customer behaviou not as per the banks age old stringent policies which cant bent on any circumstances.
But everyone hastheir own experience good or bad believe me, this bank is the reason that has created competitive environment in the banking industry & the services we are getting from any XYZ banks is because of this bank only. Lifetime free credit card introduced by this bank.Loans were hard to get & this bank has made it easy to get it & now Credit cards & Loans are so common that everyone is getting telesales calls asking for one all credit goes to ICICI Banks aggressive sales tactics.
Never had a bad experience even if highlighted issues they to it & actioned on it immediately accepting the fault providing deviations & solutions.
