Well every one say that icici bank is the best and more reliable private bank in india.my experience with the icici bank is not great.first of all the initial amount for opening a bank account is very high about 5000Rs to 10000Rs.which a middle and poor cant offord.so I open my bank account with 5000Rs and given a request for a visa debit card.after requesting debit I got the debit after 10days but they sended a wrong card which is a master debit.so complaint about this in customer care .it took 20day for them to investigate and after 20days they accept and after another 10days I got my visa debit card.all this taken 30days for me just for a debit card.so I am very disappointed with the experience with the icici bank.i will preffer anyone in my family for icici bank.
