Poor Response from LargestPrivate sector ICICIBank

I opened account in icici bank that they came to our institution and promised us to open an saving account with them & you feel the difference in service. Account opening was smooth. I unfortunately lost Tpin number & lodged several request thru helpline & email at info@icicibank.com since 1.5 years have passed I haven’t received Tpin number.


Really there is a difference in service by providing service I was getting from Nationalised Banks 20 years back.


Another instance is I lodged thru there website request to open account in ICICI direct.com about 2 weeks have passed no one has contacted me except sending email that their representive will contact me shortly. Similar request I lodged about 9 months back that request also met similar fate.


If they are not able to handle this much expansion they should tell customer that your turn will come after one year or this much is the waiting time.
