I was opted for ICICI salaried account 2 years ago. Account opening form was 3 in 1 and the ICICI agent guide me on where to sign. The whole process was done in my company premises, that time agent not told me of any demat service approval. Yesterday I received a letter from ICICI bank which states that I was charged Rs-674 for using demat services for the month of march 2015, and this amount will be deducted from my bank account after 25th April 2015.
When I talked with ICICI phone banking officer he told me its my fault to opt for the demat service as the form was 3in1 and they have my signature and I will be charged for the service without any confirmation from 2nd year onwards. If I want to close the account need to visit any ICICI branch for that and I will be charged quarter of the total bill.
So, ICICI makes long planning to loot the customers, They are not making enough money from the salaried account holders so they make a long plan to steal their hard earned money and customer have no option.
