I am sharing my last experience with ICICI bank which was not good and leaves a bitter taste in my mouth.
I had an ICICI bank account, which got dormant due to non use.I forgot the account, however it had 10k in the account. they never ever tried to inform me or told me that they have my 10 k in there account and I should use it. that was still ok.
in my new organisation when they asked me to open a new ICICI bank account I realised that I already had one so I persuaded them, instead of re-activating it they asked me to close this account and open new as they must be having some target attached to it.
I decided to go by the suggestion and closed the account.
while opening the new account they found a spell mistake in my name, and after 1 long month and several documentation they refused to open my account.
my question is in case there was some dispute then why did they opened my 1st account and why the hell in my second account they found such error that they refused.
