This is a letter I wrote to ICICI bank. How I send it to them .... that is the question.
I wanted to register a complaint against my relationship manager for being non-responsive for over 72 hours about a query. I did the following -
1- I went to https://infinity.icicibank.co.in/web/emailus/jsp/emailUs.jsp
2> Entered all my data, (which took 10 minutes of my precious time.)
3> Wrote the following - "These are the details of my relationship manager. Mukul Sood Relationship Manager Elite Trade and Relationship Group ICICI Bank (Mulund West) Email- mukul.sood@icicibank.com. I have been mailing him, asking him for replies to a transaction on my account, ( MUM05.10.13ECS return chrgs ). I have sent him 3 mails regarding this, with absolutely no response. Highly disappointed in the way your relationship manager is conducting himself. Giveing your bank a bad name. Request someone esle as my relationship manager immediately. Thank you. Melroy D Mello"
Now comes the best part. When I clicked submit (and I tried twice) (at 2 in the morning - so traffic cant be an issue) , the complaints form crashed.
As you can see, your complaint department is inefficient to receive complaints.
(I dont know what to do now, Guess Ill just take my miseries to Facebook and hope people get the irony.)
I then tried calling ICICIs current account number (33667777) In true ICICI style, I was made to hold for about 10 minutes (at 2 in the morning!!!) Guess theres others like me, waiting for non-peak hours). When I finally got through to the Customer Care A-Hole, he told me that Corporate customers can only call from 8 to 8, and I had been directed to savings account section. Now, the website clearly adverstised their customer care as 24/7, so I laughed like Ajay Devgan (an ironic laugh, to convey that ICICI is pathetic and I expect nothing better from them).
Now, like just another powerless little account holder in your mighty organization, I will put my frustrations onto the interweb. Here, I hope, it feeds and grows to become a vile beast that will grow to fight your special brand of lackadaisical economic evil.
Yours Sincerely,
Melroy DMello
