( if it is still alive ) , this time again I am furnishing my poor experience
from ICICI-BANK.
Sometimes cheque gets vanish from ICICI-ATM, sometimes Money has
been Debited from account saying OTHER BANK CHARGES ( though
I didnt deposit any cheque on my account) , May ask you what short of
service ICICI-Bank is providing !!!
Last time my cheque was vanished from ICICI-Bank ATM and I had to
fight a lot for it. That time also it took 3 months to get that money credited
in my account.
And this time also without any prior information money has been debited
from my account. Atleast I have this much right to know WHY and HOW
this money has ben debited from my account.
On 1st of October Rs. 125/- has been debited from my account saying
OTHER BANK CHARGES ( whereas I didnt deposit any cheque on my
account ) Moreover if a cheque gets bounced then the fine would be
Rs. 50/- for others cheque and if I issue that Cheque from my a/c and that
gets bounced then the fine will be Rs 200/- ( as said by the ICICI-Ph. Banking
Customer Care Exec. ) But I could not know how come this Rs. 125/- has
been debited from my a/c !!!!!!
I initially do not use ICICI-A/C due to this ignorance to the customer.
On the way of my road if I ever need money - I visit ICICI. In fact I have
become frustrated using ICICI ACCOUNT.
Regarding this matter , Several time I contacted Ph. Banking Exec.
Each time they assure me that within 2 days the same will me informed
to me but in vain. Even asking for their EMPLOYEE CODE they refuse
to give that. Each time they give a docket complain no but I do not get
any solution !!.
Regarding this matter I contacted the below person on the below
mentioned dates but no result !!

Using Phone banking if you are unable to provide us the solutions, then
what is the use of Ph. Banking !!!!
Each time I call & waste my time on them but each time they just say
we have forwarded your complain to our senior dept. Even asking
Whom should I contact then I do not get any proper answer but for
the assurance of solving it within next 2 working days.
I must say TODAY ICICI-BANK HAS LEAST INTEREST IN
SOLVING CUSTOMERS PROBLEM !! LAST TIME WHEN
MY CHEQUE WAS VANISHED FROM ICICI-ATM, AFTER MY
LONG EFFORTS ( AROUND 5 -6 MAILS IN 3 MONTHS ) THE
MONEY WAS CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT.
SO NOWADAYS IT HAS BECOME NECESSARY TO CHECK &
REMEMBER EVERY TRANSACTION - SINCE ICICI-BANK
CAN MAKE ANY MISTAKE AT ANY TIME. AND IF A PERSON
DO NOT REMEMBER HIS EVERY TRANSACTIONS HE WILL
NOT EVEN COME TO KNOW ABOUT THIS TYPE OF THINGS.
Then what should we expect from ICICI Bank ??
