The day was there when this bank icici was performing outstanding , staff were helpful and coperative according to their situation, but now in present day I talking about Agra whether you go to Sanjan palace head branch or any of , you will be simply un atteneded, u will need to go to reception will found merely any helpful people.the services standard gone down, in current situation I visited a branch for cash deposit but told that need insta banking refence no so I immediately processed the deposit, but it passed more than 10 min but reference no not came so I tried twice and then trice, passed 40 min then I again talked to executive finally I do not know what was the procedure but amount got credited with the help of staffs,
Second case I visited the branch for car loan they agreed and asked for document??very next day I deposites all the documents it was Wednesday, bank tells that car loan diabursal within 48 hours , forgot all , as inbetween festive from saturday and bank re opened on tuesday so I asked about the disbursal but not yet.
I was having the plan of purchase vehcile on friday, but on thursday evening got message that amount sanctioned, but rtgs not done , as have to purchase the vehcile from ambala and anyhow rtgs to be done by thursday evening but not done, same day the rate has been increased by 10 k, when I awared the bank about this they told cheque is prepared so , now again told to cancel the loan and again apply with the fresh document.
it is about 7800/ rs I am loosing although I dropped the vehicle plan. And with nothing gaining.i
I request the authorities to waive the cancellation charges.
