Any time I login to the website(after long time) and click on my loan account it says something like "Sorry for the inconvinience"
or
"Cannot process the data at this time"
etc etc.
I have been complaining like mad but no action has been taken.
One surprising thing is I never had any such issue with public sector banks! They are very user friendly and work all the time.
SBI has now come up with NEFT facility and Virtual Keyboard protection. It gives you all the facilities you couldnt even imagine with private banks.
Although your experience visiting public sector banks is horrible their e-services are really up to the mark. ICICI bank on the other hand deploys people who look smart but their services and responses are really poor. If you ask them questions over mail they say
"PLEASE CONTACT YOUR NEAREST BRANCH TO GET YOUR QUERIES RESOLVED"
Summary:
ICICI bank still survives due to its existing employees. It has no future!
